About the Author:

Alexandre Najjar was born in Lebanon in 1967 and is a lawyer and a literary critic. He has won many prizes, among them the Bourse de l'Ecrivain, the Prix de Po�sie de la Ville de Paris, the Prix du Palais Litt�raire, and the Amsterdam Prize. Recently published Kahlil Gibran: A Biography (SAQI 978-0-86356-668-4), Fall 2008
